Getting in Touch

At Heywood Academy, we offer parents a stepped approach for getting in touch with the school. This is to make sure you speak to the correct person as soon as possible.

Teachers & Teaching Staff

As a first port of call, please try to speak to your child’s teacher or a member of class staff. You can either ask them directly for an appointment or call the school and arrange to speak to them.

If you know the name of the person you need to speak to, you can call Reception and ask to speak to them.

Pastoral Team 

To speak to the pastoral team, please contact the office and ask for the following staff:
